Do you warranty your products?

WARRANTY:_______________________________________________________________ M & A Parts Inc will warranty all of our manufactured parts against any manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship which affect reasonable operation for a period of 5 years to the original purchaser. All M & A Parts Inc products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship. M & A Parts Inc will repair or replace a defective product (or part/component). This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product, part or component. M & A Parts Inc will determine in its sole and exclusive discretion whether to repair or replace a product, part or component. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser, purchasing through M & A Parts Inc. All defective product returns must be pre-authorized by M & A Parts Inc and be accompanied by a RMA Number. You must contact customer service to receive an RMA Number prior to returning any product. You must have your original receipt.___________________________________________________________________ The following are specifically excluded from coverage under this warranty and will cause said warranty to become null and void: Any finished products that are not assembled at our facilities, or are assembled using imported or used parts. This includes complete rifle kits, upper receivers, barrel assemblies, etc. Damage or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse or unauthorized repair or any alteration of the upper assembly from its original purchased configuration; barrel obstruction; use of ammunition other than NATO and/or SAAMI specification new production ammunition; use of any hand loaded, reloaded, imported or factory re-manufactured ammunition; failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance; rust or corrosion; use of replacement parts other than parts authorized by M & A Parts Inc; any unauthorized repair or any alteration, including of a cosmetic nature, performed on the upper assembly by an individual, organization, company or entity other than M & A Parts Inc, or any unreasonable or excessive use of the Upper. Any modifications such as: cutting, grinding, polishing, honing, buffing, welding, drilling, etc. will void any and all warranties associated with M & A Parts Inc products. M & A Parts Inc assumes no liability for accidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of accidental or consequential damages and therefore this limitation may not apply to you. YOU MUST CLAIM any shipping damage with UPS immediately upon arrival. If something arrives broken- it happened during shipment. Get on the phone with UPS first! There is no other assistance we can offer- that's how their insurance works. RETURNS:_______________________________________________________________ This policy applies to parts and accessories purchases made directly from M & A Parts Inc. The policy applies only to original purchaser with receipt. The purchaser is allowed a 10 day inspection period; from date they receive their order, to inspect their purchase. During this time, the purchaser must inform M & A Parts Inc of any shortage, damage or discrepancy with their order so that it may be resolved. We'll assist you in every way possible with resolving any problem. We can more effectively manage any situation if you call us immediately upon receipt.. M & A Parts Inc, will not be responsible for any shortage or damage to any package if we are not notified by the purchaser within the 10 day inspection period. After the 10 days any returned and/or refused products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. The restocking fee will not apply if the return is the result of an error by M & A Parts Inc. All returns must be in new, unused condition, with the original packaging and within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns are subject to inspection by M & A Parts Inc for use, misuse, missing components, damage, or abuse. Any items which have been used or damaged cannot be returned. Please call or e-mail us to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back, without this we won’t be able to process your return. You will need to include your RMA number, a copy of your receipt, reason for return and a daytime phone number. EXCHANGES:_____________________________________________________________ Exchanges work pretty much the same way, items must be in new, unused condition, with the original packaging and within 45 days of receiving your order. All exchange items are subject to inspection by M & A Parts Inc for use, misuse, missing components, damage, or abuse. Any items which have been used or damaged cannot be exchanged. We do not charge a restocking fee on exchange items. Shipping items back to M & A Parts Inc and the return shipping back to you is at your expense.
